01 /Jin to kg formula
1 jin = 0.5 kilograms = 500 grams = 1.102 pounds.
For mainland Chinese groceries and recipes, multiply jin by 0.5 to get kilograms. Multiply kilograms by 2 to get jin.
Example: 3 jin of apples = 1.5 kg = about 3.31 lb.
